FAQ
What if I don’t know where to shoot?
Totally fine—that’s what I’m here for. I’ll help you choose based on your vision and comfort level.
What happens if weather is bad?
If weather doesn’t cooperate, we can reschedule, adjust locations or just push through! I’ll keep an eye on conditions and help make the call so you still get the best possible photos.
What should we wear?
I recommend neutral tones and outfits that you feel comfortable and confident in. Flowy fabrics and layers photograph really well, especially in outdoor locations. I’m always happy to help you choose outfits if you’re unsure!
Do I need a permit?
In most cases, no—but I’ll guide you if anything is required for your location.
What time of day is best?
Sunrise or sunset always creates the most flattering light and that soft, glowy look. I’ll help you choose the best timing based on your location and schedule.
What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?
Totally normal—and honestly, most couples feel that way at first. I’ll guide you the entire time so you’re not left guessing what to do. My approach is more about movement and interaction than stiff posing, so it ends up feeling natural pretty quickly.
How long is a session?
Most sessions last between 30–60 minutes, which gives us plenty of time for a mix of candid moments and lightly guided shots without it feeling rushed. The time depends on how many locations we visit, the type of session you book, and your preferences.
Can we bring kids / dogs / extended family?
Yes, absolutely! Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
